The Pentagon has halted some shipments of air defense missiles and other precision munitions to Ukraine over concerns that US stockpiles are too low, officials said Tuesday. "This is going to have life and death consequences in terms of how many people will die in Russian strikes," said FRANCE 24's Correspondent, Kyiv, Ukraine Emmanuelle Chaze. "There are other solutions, and this is why Ukraine is turning towards its other allies," she added.
