UN says M23 conflict in DR Congo could spark regional war

In the DRC, clashes continue between the Congolese army and its M23 allies and Rwandan military troops. The security situation remains tense in the east of the country, where new population movements are taking place. According to the United Nations, over 400,000 people have fled the fighting since the beginning of January.
