Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Thursday criticised what he called the EU’s lack of “political will” towards his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin at Davos. Meanwhile, Denmark said NATO chief Mark Rutte could not negotiate over Greenland after the head of the transatlantic alliance discussed a “framework” for the island's future with US President Donald Trump.
