Ukrainian officials have reported that at least 19 people, including nine children, were killed in a Russian strike on Volodymyr Zelenskyy's hometown. Emergency services also confirmed that around 50 people were injured in the attack, with regional governor Serhiy Lysak stating that more than 30, including a three-month-old baby, are currently in hospital.
