At least 594 people have been killed in southern Syria's Sweida province following days of intense fighting between Druze fighters, government forces and Bedouin groups, according to a war monitor. The UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights alleged that both Syrian government forces and Druze fighters have carried out summary executions. The Syrian presidency accused Druze fighters in Sweida of violating the ceasefire on Thursday.
