Russia is going to resume dialogue with the United States “on all parameters” of the war in Ukraine, the Kremlin said Thursday. The announcement comes just two days after Moscow and Washington held a meeting on Ukraine in Saudi Arabia without inviting neither Kyiv, nor any representatives of its European allies.
