At least 21 people have been killed in four states as Tropical Storm Helene, which made landfall in Florida as a Category 4 hurricane, continues to sweep across the southeastern United States. The US National Hurricane Center warned of "catastrophic winds" caused by the weakening storm, with Florida governor Ron DeSantis also describing weather conditions as "very dangerous".
